Shipping Options

Shipment days will vary depending upon your shipping method. We will not ship your product via a shipping method that overlaps a weekend due to the perishable nature of our products. Please choose the corresponding shipping method with that consideration.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver (Fresh/Unfrozen)

UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver ensure delivery by the end of the following day that your order is shipped. If shipping to a business, deliveries typically arrive earlier in the day. If this shipping method is chosen, your order will be sent fresh and unfrozen. This option is perfect for last minute purchases and those who want unfrozen products.

UPS Next Day Air is available to all 50 states, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Next Day Air Saver is available to the 48 contiguous states – not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day.

UPS 2^nd Day Air

UPS 2^nd Day Air guarantees delivery by the end of the second business day from day of shipment. It is ideal for shipments that do not need overnight service, but still offers prompt delivery.

Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

UPS 3-Day Select

UPS 3-Day Select provides delivery by the end of the third business day from day of shipment. This shipping method is an ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery. It is perfect for less time-sensitive shipments.

UPS 3-Day Select is available to the 48 contiguous states.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground is a prompt, dependable and cost-effective way to ship your purchase. We only allow ground shipment to those states with a transit time of 3 days or less. 

UPS Ground shipment dates will be determined upon review of UPS estimated transit times to the given delivery location. Generally shipments in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and parts of Ohio and Illinois have one day of transit time; Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia typically have a 2-day transit time; Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin typically have a 3-day transit time.

Local Delivery (Fresh/Unfrozen)

Local Delivery provides same or next-day delivery for addresses in Louisville, Kentucky. Products will be delivered fresh/unfrozen.

Key: MO – Monday, TUES – Tuesday, WED – Wednesday, THU – Thursday, FRI – Friday, F-MO – Following Monday, F-TUES – Following Tuesday, F-WED – Following Wednesday, F-THU – Following Thursday, F-FRI – Following Friday.

*TBD – Ground delivery shipment dates will be determined upon review of UPS estimated transit times to the given delivery location. Generally shipments in KY, TN, IN follow Next Day Air shipment schedules plus 1 day; AL, AR, GA, IL, MS, MO, NC, SC, VA, WV follow 2^nd Day Air shipment schedules; DE, DC, FL, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OK, PA, WI follow 3-Day Select shipment schedules.

Delivery Information

For products not shipped UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver or Local Delivery, your shipment should be frozen upon arrival. However, in the event that it is not frozen, quality will be maintained as long as the product is cool to the touch. If you do not plan to use the products within 1 to 2 days after delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality. Each product is shipped in a freezer-ready package.

When you are ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen. Thawing our product in the microwave or by any other means will greatly increase the chance of deterioration in the quality of the meat.

Messages

You may not use unlawful, obscene, profane, threatening, etc., language or content in any message sent to a third-party through the use of any of the Robinson’s Prime Reserve messaging services available to customers (“Message”), including, without limitation, gift messages, greeting cards, and messages sent when forwarding product information. Examples of the kinds of conduct or content that are prohibited in a Message include:

The transmission of any content that could violate, or could facilitate the violation of, any applicable law or regulation;

The transmission of any content that is profane, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable; or

The impersonation of any person or entity in any part of any Message.

We may, but are not obligated to, restrict or remove any and all content from a Message that we determine in our sole discretion violates these guidelines or is otherwise harmful to us, other Robinson’s Prime Reserve customers, or any third party.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Website, render the Website inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Website or its content. You agree not to use the Website in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Robinson’s Prime Reserve and its corporate parent(s) and affiliates, and its and their respective directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on the Website, or in an email to you that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Robinson’s Prime Reserve reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Termination of Usage

Robinson’s Prime Reserve may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, in Robinson’s Prime Reserve 's sole discretion. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, excluding its rules governing conflict of laws. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Robinson’s Prime Reserve must be resolved by a court located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Jefferson County, Kentucky for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes.

Waiver

The failure of Robinson’s Prime Reserve to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severed Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions May Change

Robinson’s Prime Reserve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed.
