Robinson's Prime Reserve T-Bone Steak is very similar to our Porterhouse Steak, in that it contains a T-shaped bone with a Filet Mignon on one side, but its Strip Steak portion is smaller than that of a Porterhouse Steak. Our T-Bone Steak is aged to perfection and offers the distinct flavor and texture of our Strip Steak and the unforgettable tenderness and flavor of our Filet Mignon. All of our T-Bone Steaks are the top 10% of USDA Choice.
