Shipping Options
Shipment days will vary depending upon your shipping method. We will not ship
your product via a shipping method that overlaps a weekend due to the perishable
nature of our products. Please choose the corresponding shipping method with
that consideration.
UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver
(Fresh/Unfrozen)
UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver ensure delivery by the end of the
following day that your order is shipped. If shipping to a business, deliveries
typically arrive earlier in the day. If this shipping method is chosen, your
order will be sent fresh and unfrozen. This option is perfect for last minute
purchases and those who want unfrozen products.
UPS Next Day Air is available to all 50 states, with some limitations in Alaska
and Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air Saver is available to the 48 contiguous states – not available
to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery by the end of the second business
day from day of shipment. It is ideal for shipments that do not need overnight
service, but still offers prompt delivery.
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
UPS 3-Day Select
UPS 3-Day Select provides delivery by the end of the third business day from day
of shipment. This shipping method is an ideal mix of economy and guaranteed
delivery. It is perfect for less time-sensitive shipments.
UPS 3-Day Select is available to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground is a prompt, dependable and cost-effective way to ship your purchase.
We only allow ground shipment to those states with a transit time of 3 days or
less.
UPS Ground shipment dates will be determined upon review of UPS estimated
transit times to the given delivery location. Generally shipments in Kentucky,
Indiana, Tennessee and parts of Ohio and Illinois have one day of transit time;
Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, North
Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia typically have a 2-day
transit time; Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana,
Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin
typically have a 3-day transit time.
Local Delivery
(Fresh/Unfrozen)
Local Delivery provides same or next-day delivery for addresses in Louisville,
Kentucky. Products will be delivered fresh/unfrozen.

The Shipping Timetable is based on orders placed before 12:00 PM EST.
For orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, please add 1 additional day to the
“Order Date.” While we will make every attempt to adhere to the
below timetable, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force
exceptions to the shipping and delivery schedule. You will be informed
of any delays from us prior to shipment. Special arrangements can be
made for rush orders, please contact us directly.

FL, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OK, PA, WI follow 3-Day Select shipment
schedules.
Delivery Information
For products not shipped UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver or Local
Delivery, your shipment should be frozen upon arrival. However, in the event
that it is not frozen, quality will be maintained as long as the product is cool
to the touch. If you do not plan to use the products within 1 to 2 days after
delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality. Each product is shipped in a
freezer-ready package.
When you are ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item
naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen. Thawing our product in
the microwave or by any other means will greatly increase the chance of
deterioration in the quality of the meat.
