Shipping Options
Shipment days will vary depending upon your shipping method. We will not ship
your product via a shipping method that overlaps a weekend due to the perishable
nature of our products. Please choose the corresponding shipping method with
that consideration.
Standard Delivery (1 to 2 Days in Transit) - Begins at $19.95
Standard Delivery is a prompt, dependable and cost-effective way to ship your purchase.
We only allow standard shipment to those states with a transit time of 2 days or
less.
Standard shipment dates will be determined upon review of UPS estimated
transit times to the given delivery location. Generally shipments in Kentucky,
Indiana, Tennessee and parts of Ohio and Illinois have one day of transit time;
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana,
Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North
Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin typically have a 2-day
transit time.
Next Day Delivery - Begins at $34.95
Next Day Delivery ensure delivery by the end of the
following day that your order is shipped. If shipping to a business, deliveries
typically arrive earlier in the day. If this shipping method is chosen, your
order will be sent fresh and unfrozen. This option is perfect for last minute
purchases and those who want unfrozen products.
Next Day Delivery is available to all continental states, with special shipping arrangements to Alaska
and Hawaii.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery provides same or next-day delivery for addresses in Louisville,
Kentucky. Products will be delivered fresh/unfrozen.

The Shipping Timetable is based on orders placed before 11:00 AM EST.
For orders placed after 11:00 AM EST, please add 1 additional day to the
“Order Date.” While we will make every attempt to adhere to the
below timetable, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force
exceptions to the shipping and delivery schedule. You will be informed
of any delays from us prior to shipment. Special arrangements can be

MS, MO, NC, SC, VA, WV, DE, DC,
FL, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OK, PA, WI follow Standard Delivery shipment
schedules.
Delivery Information
Your shipment should be frozen upon arrival - unless shipped fresh or specifically requested to be shipped fresh. However, in the event
that it is not frozen, quality will be maintained as long as the product is cool
to the touch. If you do not plan to use the products within 1 to 2 days after
delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality. Each product is shipped in a
freezer-ready package.
When you are ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item
naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen. Thawing our product in
the microwave or by any other means will greatly increase the chance of
deterioration in the quality of the meat.
