We had a group of friends over and we wanted something special to grill for them, the French-Cut Pork Chops were just the thing - everyone enjoyed the taste as well as the tenderness (including all the meat around the bone). Your packaging was excellant and the "chops" arrived on time and, still cold. One negative, and it's minor, was the straw placed within the box (for presentation, I'll assume) didn't serve too much of a purpose. I might suggest eliminating or modifying the material.
