Being raised in the Midwest, the only real beef is from this area. Now living outside the Midwest, I am forced to order online for prime quality beef. This is one of the finest prime rib cuts I have tasted. I ordered in the past from Robinsons and this order again affirmed my faith in the quality of their meats. It was finely marbled, tender and very good tasting. I highly recommend for a dinner party.
