Product Description

Robinson's Prime Reserve Crown Roast of Pork is a special roast made from the rib section of a pork loin. The ribs are Frenched then tied together to resemble a crown. This roast will give you an elegant presentation fit for a royal feast. Serves 14-16. Averages 17lbs.

Pigs are raised on ranches in the Midwest and Kentucky. They are fed a nutrient rich diet of grains to produce rich, flavorful meat.
