Known for their lean tenderness, our Filet Mignon Steaks are aged for ultimate flavor. We hand carve each steak using only the center cuts. We guarantee to impress with its renowned taste, tenderness and texture.
USDA Prime or USDA Choice: USDA Prime is a national rating that denotes the top 2% of beef. Scarcely available, USDA Prime is the most sought after grade of beef, only served in the nation’s best restaurants and steakhouses. USDA Choice is the grade of beef just below USDA Prime and is more widely served in high-end restaurants. We only supply our clients with the top 10% of USDA Choice, ensuring unparalleled quality in whichever grade of beef you choose.
Private Stock: Occasionally we come across a series of steaks with flawless marbling and texture that surpass our highest standards. We reserve these steaks in our Private Stock for those clients who require the utmost in excellence. This distinction can be found in both grades of our beef (USDA Prime and USDA Choice).

I have ordered steaks from several places including Kobe Beef of America, Omaha Steaks, Allen Brothers, and other well-known steak vendors. These steaks from Robinson's Prime Reserve were simply the best. They were well-marbled but lean, extremely tender and flavorful. Although the steaks from those vendors mentioned earlier are very good, the Robinson filets are my favorite. However, they are quite pricey and, perhaps, should be reserved for that special occasion. I must admit I did buy the top of the line filet from Robinson's Prime Reserve but I have no regrets whatsoever. I will buy again!
