Whatever your culinary skills, classes with celebrated cookbook author, food columnist and cooking instructor, Gail Monaghan, are always a delicious culinary journey of knowledge and insight. We are happy to provide you with the opportunity to spend an evening or 10 with Gail to learn her famous old world, classic, as well as a few new and improved, menus and recipes.
Classes take place in a gorgeously appointed loft in the heart of Midtown New York. Classes consist of typically 10 to 15 individuals, centered around Gail's gourmet kitchen. Each class brings a deliciously distinct menu that you will learn to create from scratch.
