Our Black Forest Ham is true to the Germanic tradition of ham curing. Each Ham's production can take up to three months to perfect. The ham is salted and seasoned with an assortment of spices, including garlic, coriander and juniper berries. Once cured the ham is smoked to unlock the richest flavor possible.
